In your neighbourhood

Dog walking

Walks arranged around your dog

Thirty minutes or an hour as a guideline, with longer available subject to availability. Solo, paired and group walks are all offered, and I'll recommend what suits your dog rather than pushing one option. On busier days I work alongside trusted helpers, and you'll always know who is walking your dog.

Visits to your home

Drop-in visits

For pets who need company, not a walk

Food and water topped up, litter trays seen to, the garden opened up and medication given. Suitable for cats, dogs, rabbits, birds, reptiles and fish.

Overnight in your home

House sitting

Overnight care in your own home

Your pet stays in their own home on their own routine rather than going into kennels. Overnight cover is the standard arrangement. For pets who shouldn't be left at all, 24/7 constant care is available at a higher daily rate.

Solo, paired or group

How your dog walks

Solo, paired and group walks are all available. I'll recommend what suits your dog once I've met them.

Solo walks

One dog at a time

The route, the pace and the stops are set around one dog. Well suited to puppies, seniors, reactive dogs and any dog who'd rather not share.

Paired walks

Two dogs

For dogs who do better with a friend. Either your own two, or another dog they get on with.

Group walks

A small group

Sociable dogs walked together. They don't need to know each other beforehand, and I'll tell you straight whether yours would enjoy it.

Each booking is quoted individually. Send me the details of what you need and I'll come back with a price before anything is arranged.

The last Saturday of every month

Adventure days

A full day out on the hills. I collect between 9am – 12pm and drop off between 4pm – 6pm.

Before you ask

Common questions

How much does it cost?

There is no set price list. Each booking is quoted individually, so send me the details of what you need and I'll come back with a price.

How do I book?

Message me by phone, email or Facebook with what you need. I'll send you a quote first. If you're happy with it, we'll arrange a meet and greet before the first booking.

What happens at the meet and greet?

Your first meet and greet is free. I come to your home, or somewhere public if you'd prefer, so you can see how I am with your pet and ask whatever you need to. Any meetings after the first are charged.

How long is a walk?

Thirty minutes or an hour as a guideline. Anything longer is subject to availability.

Do you walk dogs in a group?

Solo, paired and group walks are all available. I'll recommend what suits your dog, and dogs don't need to know each other beforehand.

Can you give medication?

Yes, oral and injected. Give me your vet's written instructions and I'll follow them, at the times your vet set.

My dog is old, anxious or reactive. Is that a problem?

No. Tell me what yours struggles with, including triggers, mobility and what a bad day looks like, and I'll plan the walk around it.

Will I get updates?

New dogs get an update after every visit. For regulars I'll send updates whenever you'd like them — say so when we're setting things up.

What if I need someone at short notice?

Ask. Whether I can fit you in depends on what's already booked that day, and I'll reply as quickly as I can.

Which areas do you cover?

The Fylde Coast, Wyre and Preston. That covers Blackpool, Fleetwood, Cleveleys, Thornton, Poulton, Bispham, St Annes, Lytham and Kirkham, then inland to Preston. If you sit outside that, ask me anyway.
